We're currently searching for a clan war to feature. As this is the start of the season, we probably are going to pick a random match, based on what replays we can find. The stream start is scheduled to 19:30 CET on Sunday. Watch out for the calendar entry on Teamliquid, or check this link: https://www.twitch.tv/instarcrafttv
Week7 review (by Incomplete.ReV)
We'll rip the bandaid off and point it out right away – aFF and BuLL) were not present this week. Both teams have been struggling a lot and aFF seems to have disappeared off the map. No observer can find them there! BuLL)'s leader did show up, however it was too late due to some confusion with the schedule. It's good to see they are around, at least and we're hoping they'll come back stronger later.
One team which did come back stronger, is dM-. We have addressed it previously, and they keep on showing great results – this week against ReD-B. «Well, as you say dM had a bad start because many of the team members were on vacation» says dM-Tech when asked about the developement. He further points out that it has required a lot of work and effort to get the clan back in action, especially since many players either left the team or simply stopped playing.
«However, we have overcome these problems, we are coordinating better, training more among us and we have seen the remarkable improvement we have had in the last cw. With the excellent players that we have, 2 of them represented in the BSL pro that is currently played and others in the BSL chobo, we intend to consolidate dM again and demonstrate that dM is a strong team. So prepare yourself because dM will come back with power!». These fierce words are inspiring and goes to show how far you can get when you decide to make it work, rather than let some inactivity let you and your team mates down.
Nevertheless, it's too late to catch up to the mighty iRk- this season whose spirits are high; «It's great, we didn't expect to end up that high in the beta season, and with the new players added to the family the spririt is even higher this season. We have a good mix of old timers, old schoolers and up'n'rising players». All points to a final convincing victory, as they're facing the bottom team of the Division (the dibanded Nb. aside). «Going to be very nice playing vs ReV, have been looking forward to this cw the whole season since I know they have some really good players and especially scandinavians playing for them», says iRk-AgGe.
Nb.'s demise have however been of some help, in addition to other factors; «We started with a draw vs NaS, bad scouting from me and maybe I underestimated them, mostly cause I didn't know anything about any of them. Since then I made my homework before every round and we have had the results with us. We added Naugrim before the season started and when Nb. went silent I first invited Favorit cause I felt we needed another P player, and after that we've had KameZerg (Nb.Unknown) and Whistler joining us from Nb, and lately I also got Gurram to start playing again, so i feel my options before each round has just been improving. Also nice that we finally have good options on 2on2 with MwK teaming up with either Naugrim or Favorit, and they havent lost a single bo3 yet. So I think we've had the luxury of a "high speed" highway the whole season.»
Another team that is rolling down the highway, is SK-A over in Division A. Watching our glorious BWCL Streamer Vincent, you'll be able to watch them take down TA (Teenage Angst) with a convincing score. «Atmosphere is pretty good in the clan...I have nothing to say about SK-A... they are dedicated members and very good players...always there for the league never missed a week.» SK leader [SK]BlaCkSnoW is happy with his clanmates, although SK-B has been in need of a lot of reminders and such to show up for their games.
Although he takes care of pretty much all of the organising of the clan, there is luckily always someone who steps up should he be unable to show up himself. He continues; «I hope we showed a good image for our team....we try to be manner and to accomodate everyone as much as possible». With hearts and smiles he gave «a big THANKS to all admin and you guys who put lot of effort making those event possible».
There was also supposed to be some sort of battle report, but again – Incomplete is a bad house elf!
As for the Little League, the play offs have begun! ReD.derkavich did try to offer his thanks to Gecko with beer, but found it was rather difficult to please the German dictator as his taste was rather...refined. Cele was however glad to drink the Beer of Thankfulness for his great efforts in the clan league. So far KDV-B and iRk- are facing one another in the semi-finals, wheras ash will face ReD to see who'll face SK in round 2 of the loser brackets.
