Notes:
- No I'm not changing from Smash.gg
- The BNet server (USWest) doesn't matter once you're in game. (If you can prove otherwise, let me know).
- Your replays in 1.18 on Windows save to your "My Documents" -> "StarCraft" -> "Maps" -> "AutoSave"
- TT1 is noob.

"TT1 is noob." haha :D
Regged, see you there!

Hey Schamtoo, a question for you. You have been gathering the replays of the last tournaments, are you sharing them?
|
Unfortunately, a lot of times the replays are just not sent. I can try and string together a giant dump of all the games replays I have right now.
Going back over all the emails and extracting each replay is a huge pain, and they're in no order with awful naming schemes.
|
Awesome, thanks for contribution.
|
Could be nice to have the 3 new maps from ASL in the map pool.
|
Hell no they are not even included yet, they will pick one from the 3
|
is this the first have at you this month? did i miss one?

Yes Unfortunately I've been terribly busy and a bunch of other things.
|
Thanks for making the tournament! Not a big fan of the map pool though, but I'm sure others are.
Would like to see one of the new ASL maps in there, and circuit breaker.
|
Awesome! Thanks Scham, I will be playing!

Maybe we could change prize pool to 50/25/15/10, since we got separated 3rd and 4th places?

fun tour
should advertise subsequent tours on ygosu or fishbattle forums. might be able get some other pro koreans involved who'll give Scan a run for his money.

Yeah I'd recommend getting somebody that is fluent in Korean as well as English to help you with that. I mean Scan himself might be good, he's S rank on Fish and must know how to navigate the naver/ygosu/fish forums.
I think a big problem with truly global online events is time zone conflicts. You are gonna screw over players on one side of the world by changing the hours so they are more favorable for others any way you do it.

Yeah. Ive mentioned about the site and asked someone to advertise on there. I wonder how its gonna work out because they always dis foreign users, lag(they want most likely turn rate at least 12 or 16), and life. I dont think nearly any pros will participate due to the time zone and dislike the turn rate speed, and they prefer sponsor games on their own community (i wish nonpros can get involved, but they just want to isolate other good nonpro players from the community).
Try asking supernovamaniac for the help. Ygosu sc community is hell (uneducated ppl and 180 degree completely different level compared to teamliquid), so be careful
