If you mean the OGN Sky proleague then its format is covered here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=12768¤tpage=1#cutnews Its basically a very long team league involving the main 11 Korean teams.

What is the format of the Minor League? I vaguely remember that it's like 8 groups of 3 or something. I take it group works like a 3 man tiebreaker would (one game vs each of your opponents, if someone goes 2-0 they advance if not, they play again?)? So, you get one winner from each group (8 players). After that, there's some sort of match play (BO3?)? How do they determine matchups (random?)? The winners are into the next MSL and the losers are then 5-8 and play the 13-16 seeds of the last MSL to see who gets to play the 9-12 of the last MSL to see who gets the final 4 slots in the NEXT MSL? Is that all right?
