I just played a game where the P went fast nexus after gate. The locations were crossed, is there a good BO to counter this? What if he puts down a well placed cannon?

fast push to his main then to his expo.. 2 fac opening, go for vults mostly like 3:1 ratio to tanks.. dont forget scv's and build turrets coz he might go dark templars or zealot bomb.. do it like gundam..

iirc he'd suggested a 4 vulture drop into the main, but I'm not sure...

id suggest 4 vulture drop in main also, maybe a fact build and float/or drop onto his nat cliff simultaneously

Tank drop on cliff and vult drop to main worked nice for me.

2 fact vult and add a 3rd fact. You have to either destroy him or set him so far behind that he can't possibly optimize his perceived economic advantagae.

Gundam rush. Saw ChRh do this to PJ on Nostalgia where it's considerably harder to counter fast toss expo than on tempo. You should probably scout the fast nexus before your factory finishes so create 4 rines, send 2 scvs and bunker his choke while research mines speed and push from there.

Anything will counter it if you play smart, if you went to starport 4vult drop on main with mines, he wont have observer that fast, if he teched instead of massing just overpowerhim with all you got, even with a few scvs.

Im not saying that anything you do will counter it, theres no absolute counter imo unless you know if he kept 1 gate ob or 2 gate range.

Yea you could do a simultaneous tank on his expo cliff while harassing his base if possible with speed/mine vults. This will confuse the P, having two threats to attend to.

i do 2 fac constant vult pumpin ( no add on) and rines constantly too.
It works damn well ( and its fun to own him with vult + rines )

There was a guy named OopsRush[PsG] from the retarded PsG clan. The guy was a total idiot and he wanted to play me 1v1, and he hosted on a UMS LT that i started dling when I already had all wgt maps. I already knew it was rigged, but I played anyway. I forgot my gas as protoss so I did a gate-->nexus build and he countered with gundam. My probes owned his army and I won the game. Looking at the replay I saw he put scv build time at 10 seconds instead of the usual 20 hahah

nevertheless I would still 2 fact rush him because oopsrush just sucked
