Top secret recipe for Au Jus (dipping sauce for roast beef sandwhiches, and any other kind of meat sandwhich)
?1/2 cup of water, put it in a pot and get it going
?1 Beef Boullion cube (I break it up so it dissolves faster, note: these things are hard to break up), toss it in the water
?1/6th cup of worshtisher sauce (fuck spelling), pour this in after the beef boullion has dissolved
?Half a cap of red wine vinegar (I use the cap of the bottle..so not very much)
?4-6 drops of lemon juice
?Little bit of salt
?However much pepper, I use like 2-3 grinds on the pepper crusher
If you have some meat scraps, toss them in there to give it extra flavor..let it simmer a few minutes or whatever, if it starts to boil, turn the fire off. Stir, pour into a little bowl, and dip your sandwhich in it..fucking danke sauce
