He's just a kid and embarrassment like that got in his head. 12 hatch and fantasy cheese were BS, how can you do that on outsider vs hyuk. Don't make excuses like some kind of n00b. JD is not someone who gets rattled easily. When he lost to Orion, he was already thinking about his next game against Effort. That's not the kind of mindset of someone who gets flustered over petty remarks. JD lost because he was not the better gamer this weekend. Maybe he will be the better player in starleague, but he wasn't the better player these past two days. That's reality, face it. | ||

Because of that jaedong has to practice twice as much when preparing for ace matches while SKT1 has to only prepare for zerg in the ace match. But ya going 12 hatch was questionable..but there are some clear reasons. Jaedong usually goes for a more aggressive style in zvz. Knowing that his opponents know this he probably thought hyuk would choose a safe build but with a slight econ advanage such as 12 gas 11 pool so in response he figured 12 hatch would be the best way to ensure the victory. As we all know it didn't play out like that , but its not like it was a "dumb" play. Just unfortunate. PS. I'm not a jaedong fan boy , I voted for SKT1  Lets wait until the other 2 semi finals he's in are over before saying he lost his flair... | ||

I think T1 doesn't need a zerg super star of Jaedongs caliber. They just need a guy to win games occasionally. Having another Ace will just not bring any balance to the team - at least now is pretty clear who is wearing the pants, all t1 players have their own significant role in the team's success. Good zerg, yes- Calm or hero will do just fine | ||

I hope for the day JD gets traded to SKT1, they would be just untouchable after that..they're dominating now but just add the BEST zerg in the world and you have an empire that will never fall. It doesnt nesscesarily to be SKT1, I think a team like Hite Sparky or CJ is a good option for Jaedong since they have a lot of players that are consistent. But in Oz, its Jaedong and always Jaedong to bear the biggest responsibilities to win each match. | ||

Kind of cool that the in the clutch, they turned to a Terran. I guess they had reserved Bisu for their super Ace. | ||

I'm also glad that if the time came that Bisu would be their final player, but in all seriousness Fantasy is such a great player and he deserved to win the final match. With such a strong line up, Oz was always fighting an up hill (and very steep at that) battle. Not to mention JD would have to practice against two different people. Watching that last match with Fantasy and JD gave me such a rush, thinking "omg is he going to pull this off!" It was totally worth staying up for that. SKT CHAMPIONS!!! | ||

They play bw 10 hrs a day. Its not as if they dont know the maps or anything. Jaedong has played thousands of zvps and thousands of zvts and he knows the maps backwards and forwards. I dont really understand why people bring up this practice business 24/7 when talking about pro games. Like "oh he only has such and such to practice for" Unless the maps are new and or are drastically different BW is still BW. | ||
