May I be a bit selfish and ask for more subtitles? I ask because I think the games in which the progamers talk about strategies and so are much valuable, and maybe the starleague/proleague ones aren't that much... (I watched the Bisu Bnet Attack and laugh a lot! The entertaining ones like the b.net attack series are awesome.) So I'm asking you (FC.UK) to make subtitles from the StarBrain series [http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=StarBrain&search=tag] uploaded to Youtube by Jon747 [http://www.youtube.com/user/Jon747]. Not all games, but just the games between the two novices that receives verbal advices from pro's like Stork, Nada, etc. As you can imagine, they should talk a lot of strategy to them. (And this reduces my ask into: before make any subtitle, just check if their talks are significant, because I just can't know this...) I know Youtube videos aren't downloadable (unless you use some Firefox video download extension) and they aren't that good quality videos. But I think maybe we can ask Jon747 for the high quality ones (I suppose he has them, because it's non sense to me to record a video at that quality). I imagine how already overloaded by subtitles FC.UK should be, but maybe the people here that know korean could help him just by providing translated texts? I mean no subtitle tech-details involved like syncing and so. This could really help? Anyway, thanks FC.UK for the no-price work done here.

Was it announced what was coming next or is it going to be a mystery-subtitle? The poll-winner Reach vs. Sea? I am sooooo looking forward to the next installments, these are amazing.

(And this reduces my ask into: before make any subtitle, just check if their talks are significant, because I just can't know this...) Few reasons why this is not possible. 1) It's already hard enough to make subtitle for 3 people shouting constantly. But to make 2 players talking at the SAME time? I'm not sure how I would do that because I'm very newb subtitle maker. (I spent good deal amount of time trying to learn how to do this. Guide tells me to use |, yet it doesn't work when I play the file) 2) Secondly, progamers have their own terms made up for a specific style or play. Because they are giving orders to one and another, it's not very audience-friendly. Besides, not many of them are good speakers to begin with. 3) These games does not mean anything to progamers. Hence, you will never see high quality games. These games have the quality of "practice" games. True, you can learn alot, but there is zero excitement. Nonetheless, I 100% agree that they give out shitloads of advice. Every small details matter to them. Especially timing advices. If someone is to teach me how to make subtitle for 2 people shouting at the same time, I'll reconsider to make one of them just to end your curiousity ;P p.s. thank you for your support!

However, the vision starts from the center of the building/unit. This means, when zerg scouts a base with an overlord, it's possible for Zerg's overlord to see you, but your big CC/Nex will NOT see the overlord. 2) Most minerals are 1500. Progamers time their attack based on how many minerals are left. When an Expansion have 1400, this means exp's been running for 1:30 minutes. You can then decide whether to forfeit the timing and play catch up, or time. 3) Lurkers shoot faster when you give target even before they are fully burrowed. Don't ask why, they just do. 4) With 11 Mutalisks stacked together, you only need to hit the turret twice. Even though, it will not completely kill off the turret, in next 2 seconds it will blow up. So have a new target. These can be all learned just by listening to the Korean commentators and is very helpful. Can you post more of these? It's a lot easier than translating whole VODs. :D

Most of us are watching these subs because of awesome insight such as this. No doubt it is very fun to listen to friendly drama between Bisu and Savior, but game insight I think is more valued. Jaedong vs Iris was especially full of this insight, making it an extremely valuable subtitle. Not demoting the value of the Bisu sub or the Kal vs Kwanro sub, but the richness of game commentary in Jaedong vs Iris was very awesome. If you ever find snippets of valuable game insight such as the tips you posted in the OP, it'd be very much appreciated. Much thanks - you're doing an awesome job!
