This is a big blow to the starcraft community at large, Fish admins should understand that, it IS their servers and it IS their rules, and it IS also their responsibility to the game at large, the players at large, not only Koreans. Korea is the #1 place for starcraft as far as results. This involves a moral responsibility to the rest. Which they choose to ignore.
Wheter they like it or not, they are not acting responsably, they are not taking at interest the whole community of starcraft. Why should they care anyway? they have their own servers, their own leagues, their own everything. Still, good example they are giving; What they are asking is for people to lend phone numbers, for those that do not have, which from what i read from this thread is not allowed. They should either: 1 Officially ban non Koreans (or non whatever they want) with a statement. (which i would not agree on) or 2 Allow for ANY phone number world wide to play without limitations. Or find a solution to allow foreign people to play without limitations like the rest. Individual people are allowed to play games with whom they want, so if Koreans don' t want to play with people who don' t speak korean thats fine. it happens anyway when looking for games. restricting people' s ability to play based on what they are doing is just wrong.

This middle ground and non clarity, this stickyness is making people angry, rightfully so
