If you can have at least 3 accounts per number it means you can restart 3 times every ladder from lowest rank. Why high rank players gonna smurf more than that? People defaultly smurf because there are nobody to play. I think making smurf is one of the greatest things in BW. And you can't stop smurf maniacs with just phone verification - they gonna verify ten numbers and access more accounts. This so stupid still. | ||

And phone verification will be always useless... They just wanna stop foreigners from the ladder. Why they dont did it like iCCup with site registration for ladder huh? It is so easy to not let more than 3 registration for IP. | ||
