I really didn't think the Omegle suggestion was anything more than a joke so I figured you were following suit. Really, unless Omegle has changed significantly since I've last used it/heard about it, you would have to go through thousands of dicks before you get a single Korean teen who is willing to share his or her phone number with you for Brood War. In other words, I didn't think you were asking seriously lol. Sorry for the snarkiness, was under false pretense. lol I think I used omegle for 2 days and I really added one korean and one french girl to msn and we ended up chatting for years. That was when omegle was just a couple of months old though and people really used it because they wanted to chat with a random people from different cultures and not because they hope to find one pair of tits between 50 dicks  Also it is fucking hilarious how some of you think this rule change was implemented due to xenophobia.
That's when I first used it too, and I had this game where as soon as I connected to someone I'd say RAP BATTLE GO GO and I'd rap battle with people around the world! It was a lot of fun. Got bored one day a year or two later, and was assaulted by dicks and idiots (maybe it was chatroulette, but I hear Omegle has video now and is pretty much the same). It's a shame, anonymity really reveals the darkest sides of humanity on the internet.

i found a korean who is willing to verify accounts but he wants 20 bucks for 3 accounts and he wants the 20 bucks first. he was really rude so i didn't want to give him my money but if you're desperate his name is "ztevo" on the kakao chat app. im sure hes legit but 20 bucks for 3 accounts and being a rude dick isn't cool. the hardest part is finding someone who is korean and speaks english so if u want an account contact him.
also, ive been finding most of my koreans on reddit.com. mostly /r/seoul or some of the ESL subreddits. /r/korea will ban posts asking for verification stuff because they think its illegal or something.

you just need to go ask around where koreans who speak english hangout OR foreigners in korea like ESL teachers.

Koreans don't want smurfs. They don't want people possessing more than 1 ladder account per player. They gave some leeway and provided 3 accounts for 1 phone number (maybe 1 for each race? ^^). I don't agree with their decision, I said that their decision sucks for foreigners, and sucks for me by extension. However, I do not view their decision as being xenophobic. The reason why I want a ladder account there is to play ladder. I want to play ladder because that is where the highest level of publicly available play is. By using a Korean number's account, I am not "faking" them in the sense that I am violating their primary objective, which is to have ladder accounts registered to a phone number and not have an unlimited amount of smurfs dominating ladder and melee. By owning 1 account only, I am actually aiding them in this aspect, because the Korean that provided the account I use will have 1 less account to "smurf" on and 1 less account to ladder on. In effect, for one number, they have gotten two active users (at minimum) that are separate and will not "smurf" ladder. There is nothing hypocritical about this. Not once have I stated that I think that their decision is the best solution possible or that I support their decision. I've only stated that they are most likely* NOT being racist in this decision, and that this decision empirically makes sense.
If you can find where in the rules it says that a player cannot share accounts with another player, I will be greatly impressed, because I suspect that your mastery of Korean is even worse than your mastery of English. This is assuming that such a rule exists. If it does, then it would go against many high-ranking players' best interest, which I doubt Fish wants to do in this transitional period.
In other words, you've equated my being against people claiming that this is a racist decision to my accepting this decision wholeheartedly and not playing on Fish anymore. You're wrong. I am still going to play on Fish. I just don't want people to wrongfully paint the people that provide them a server to play on with the brush of racism, when they are most likely concerned about much more than 1% of their active ladder population having a foreign IP and potential lag issues.

Besudes the ridicolous idea that tl somehow responsible for a server. What would it even change? We have a totally acceptible foreign server with icc. The only downside compared to fish is the number of competition at the top foreign level (especially at non peak hours). If the server was tl instead of icc, koreans still wouldnt magically start playing on it. So it wouldnt change a thing.
