iccup is very active at D ranks and C. anything higher and don't bother unless specific times. most people play on fish but now that will change.

Since this February Garena is only available for Singapore (+ some Southeast Asia IP addresses?). Now this server only for Korea. Majority of ICCUP is DotA. Really hope they will continue supporting BW.

Even Singapore doesn't have the classic LAN icon or StarCraft as a game option lol. There are some videos that have workarounds from 2014 so not sure if they work or not.
