Randomly around every 5-10 minutes I lose my connection to Battle.net. If I am in a game when it happens, I get that message, but I can still play against my opponent with no delay and that countdown drop-box does not even pop up. But this is a big problem because I cannot rank-up in ladder since the server thinks I disconnected from the server so therefore I do not get a win/loss registered to my account.
Can somebody please help me?
Some other notes: This also happens in the Fish server as well. This all started when I moved to my new place about 3 weeks ago, so I don't think it is my computer. The only things that have changed is the router and the internet service. Hmm..I remember 1 time out of the whole 3 weeks I've been here at my new place - I lasted a record of 45 minutes where I got to play 2 games, but every other time it has usually been every 5-10 minutes. I also noticed I stay connected to battle.net on Fish server longer than iCCup. Maybe my new roommates has some effect? I have no idea and I am a Noob when it comes to computer stuff, so any help would be appreciated!

Hmm I do not think so. If my internet was disconnecting, then would me and my opponent get the drop-box screen pop-up for even a split second if it did disconnect very briefly? Because I do not get that drop-box pop-up, all I get is that Battle.net message pop-up, and my opponent and I can still play uninterrupted.
I actually had this exact problem for most of the beginning of this year and last year. Luckily it went away a couple months ago after I changed to a different router. Previous router was a DIR-something and current one that is mostly fine with b.net is a DIR-615. I don't know what specific conditions differed between the two, nor do I know exactly what the problem is and why it happens, but I hope you find a way to solve it.
I had this problem before, but it fixed itself. I think it's a router problem, because I remember it worked just fine if I plugged directly into my modem. Usually, I plug into the router, which then connects to my modem. I'm not entirely sure, but I think it was fixed by some minor update from my ISP, where I got the router from, because I haven't changed my setup.
If I was in your shoes, I would try messing around with the router settings, type 192.168.0.1 into the browser to access the router, and if that wouldn't work I would buy a new router. If you have a similar setup to what I have, you can try plugging directly into the modem. Then if it works, you know it's the router causing problems.
Okay thank you everyone for your help! I tried to re-install and re-forward my ports, mess around with my router settings, plugged directly into the router, delete the TLS plugin, but none of those methods worked.
Someone suggested on iCCup to use UDP proxy to forward the 6112 TCP connection, but I have no idea how to do this. So I guess I have no choice but to buy a new router to fix the problem.
I think some routers just don't work well with Starcraft. Many, many years ago, I had some problem where I couldn't even log onto battle.net, period, so I just gave up playing the game for a while. Eventually I got a new router, randomly tried to get on one day, and I could get on! But not host games. Then several years after that, I got yet another router, and it magically works fine with everything.

No way TLS Plugin would cause that, so that'll never fix this. Forwarding ports will not help if you're able to make a connection, as the connection to Battle.net is outgoing TCP (and thus will be allowed out by almost every firewall, and, once connected, will not be closed randomly by them). Its likely some form of connection flakiness, your only real possible solution is to try a different router/ISP.
