anyway some clear changes are new rosters (duh), new proleague bo7 format, haven't noticed anything else yet.

Rename folders in img:
아이템 with many subfolders
선수 faces
맵 maps
로고 team logos
기타 misc
instead of hangul your folder names are in weird symbols i guess.
edit:
subfolders:
accesories 기타
mices 마우스
monitors 모니터
usables 소모품
keyboards 키보드
potions: 포션
you could get names from older translated versions and just move images if you don't like renaming.
Also will probably post some link of my own (improved team logos included :D).

oh its probably won't work, almost every picture needs renaming.

Set the Unicode language on your comp to Korean and reinstall the game.

Is it legal to just take the player and team names and pictures and use them in a game, or do the authors have some sort of a permission to do so?
This wouldn't be that hard to program, at least from a technical side. I always wanted to give it a go ever since I first read of this, but it would be pointless if it would have to be with made up teams and player IDs.

It's legal as long as you don't make any money off of it, afaik

I've been playing this for the past four hours. Too addicting. I wish they'd emulated the actual Proleague entry format where you choose the player before each match, instead of choosing all six before the first match starts.

Do images load in this or do I still need to fix myself?
Edit: Images don't load but you can put the .exe into the 1.27 folder and it will load most images. The new players obviously don't have pictures though.

Depends on what kind of translating you want
if it's just the rosters/items/maps/etc then it wouldn't be that hard since you can just search it all on TLPD. I'd do it myself if I knew how.
but if you want a complete translation including the battle text, it'd take more time. There were some people attempting to do just that for the older version of the game but they ended up dropping it eventually.
