So now we know why Flash is dominating so badly. He's practically the only one not under investigation -_-

Wow..after seeing that list I dont really care about the players no more. The sports needs to be cleaned or otherwise it'll end up like some other sports where cheating has become the only rule. I truly wish that the players who have thrown games, no matter who they are, lose their prolicence, have to repay the money theyve gotten from bribes and pay a HUGE fine. They deserve nothing less.

il jang would be by.hero I believe.

They're just under investigation.... not all of them are guilty.

If this is true, I can very clearly see the end of sc1 progaming in Korea. WC3 died there only for one rigged map, cant imagine what will happen if virtually every top pro are throwing games lol

rofl my world is falling apart :D

Can someone give a link to the Rekrul thread?

The new article says that they checked bank accounts and pressured the players and they admitted that they are guilty..They say there's also a number of B-teamers who were involved

From now on, Flash is my hero.

Money isn't all there is to it, never mind that he's already making money off of doing something he should love. Even though making 2 million dollars seems alluring, what do you really get from it if you already make 100k a year(which is already quite a bit of money, especially in korea if i understand it correctly). 2 million = 20 years at 100k/year you know. This is a pretty bad reasoning. I was meaning that the extra 1.9 million(or actually it was 900k, seeing as the 2 million was supposed to be banked in 2 years) doesn't really add that much. Yes you can buy an extra house and a couple of extra cars. But if you love what you're doing and you're not a materialist you gain nothing by taking the bribe and risk destroying everything. I guess some people are materialistic enough though to want more than 1 house and expensive cars which don't add anything. People just seem to think that money = happiness even though it isn't that simple. And selling out for the sake of being a millionaire will probably end up being a bad decision if you have any sort of decency and respect for yourself and the game you play. do they really love what they are doing though? they might have lost the passion and the joy of the game after all those hard years of training for 12 hours a day, and just continue because its all they know
ye that is a good question :p
And to the one saying 2 million isn't going to buy you an extra house but allows you to live comfortably, if you have been paying attention savior was making tons of money, the 2 million would've been a bonus.
I do agree that these guys probably have no other carreer options, though esports is a fast growing business. They could probably end up coaches/playing coaches/commentators as many have done in the past. Saying that their futures are gloomy is not really true for the top percentile of players, i mean sure, the crappy ones have nothing to really lose. But players like savior would have a bright future in esports if it weren't for this.

Think about it, man. 2 Million is enough to live on for the rest of your life, easily. Without touching the principal. Who says he couldn't play Starcraft? He wouldn't need a job he could do whatever the hell he wanted.
I would take 2mil ez. Life is solved with 2 million if you don't fail with investing.

Lmao this is turning into the Mafia.
[Jaedong, Stork, Bisu, (the Dons)] and [Leta, Fantasy, Savior, Effort, Movie (the Hitmen)] wtf.
Bigtime police crackdown busts everyone.
Is Flash the secret undercover agent or is he really Kira? Did he find the Bonjwa note (or robbed Type-B of it?) or is he the hero of the whole town?
Tune in to find out.
