Hello everyone, It's me again.
Last time I made one of these posts I recieved a decent amount of interest, and made a few overlays for members of the community. Unfortunately I ended up flagging and lost touch with the project, I might have tried harder but I ended up having to deal with the loss of my job and a fairly unsettling period of depression, culminating in the loss of a loved one, which ironically is what lifted me from my apathetic and despondent state.
When I recieved the news all I could say to my mother was "no" over and over again, I couldn't believe it and I didn't want to either. The next few days were a blur for me, packing and and starting the drive to my horrid destination, but I thought at least I could see some family I hadn't in some time. Nothing has the ability to bring people together more, I think, than funerals, weddings and births. But despite the hugs and shoulders to cry on it was as terrible as a thing can be, seeing her lying there, so young - only 17 - my baby cousin. And it was then that I realized how silly and inane my worries were, and how tiny my problems.
The looks on my aunt's and uncle's faces were evidence enough of the pain and suffering of loss, the truest form of anguish, the loss of your child... I couldn't bear to face them at one point knowing what I knew about my own feelings and thoughts of "escape" from pain. I felt so stupid, how could I not have seen it before?! The world is full of happiness and opportunity, and it was that loss that I could see in their eyes...the loss of all the opportunities and moments together that they could have and would have shared with their daughter. Even now the thought makes my eyes water and my chest tight. But I feel now, like I did at that moment that there is something beneath that feeling, something deeper and stronger, a commitment I will never break, made to Meagan gone at 17, her parents and myself; I will keep going.
Life is not about having everything you want, but wanting everything you have. Being able to enjoy the simple pleasures that life has to offer, while still being able to maintain balance. My life is more balanced now than it has been in years, and despite everything that has happened lately I feel much better, and I'm looking forward to the future as I get closer to it one second at a time.
Thank you, Zren
So as before I am offering overlays to the community, I have branched out from just sc2 overlays and can basically do anything you request.
Please, post your name, Screen Resolution, Streaming Res, Any Sponsors and/or plugs that you would like me to add to the overlay, some general information (what you plan on streaming and how often, etc.) and some basic design info such as colors you would like included and your preference for curved or straight lines. I learned my lesson last time and pm's will be for further clarification :D based on the information you give me here.
Thank you all!! :D
P.S. My former post was this one right here http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=334978 , it has some early examples of my work, and you can actually see some of the progression that I made from REALLY BAD - fairly good!

Hey man, good to see your doing better now. If you could make me an overlay that would be fantastic. IGN is Savior.

man. I know how hard it is.. Only yesterday was the 2nd anniversary of the death of my father. The day before was the funeral of my great uncle Gerard. I know it is tough and I am glad to see you are taking it well. As shitty as it sounds, sometimes the death of a loved one can be inspiring. It can make you feel urgent to make changes in your life for the better, and can even help bring a new lightened perspective to things.
Keep doing what you love to do. You should do free overlays and give people the option to donate to your paypal or something. Keep fighting. Keep on mang.

Life is incredibly difficult man, nice to see you're making that promise to yourself though

I would love a SC2 overlay.

You sir, are a boss. Good chance I might be asking for one of your sick overlays in the future. Glad to hear things are going better for you.

All the best mate! Keep working hard to find happiness. So many give up, don't be one of them!
I would love a Fallout-themed overlay for the size 1680x1050. Skype is 'Joeldoh' for details.

Lost my sister at a similar age recently. I am glad that you have found the same type of inspiration I did, even despite the extreme difficulty and sadness it brings about. One love, man, and I'm glad you're back in it.
If I ever start streaming, I just might hit you up.

I would like two different versions. One for streaming tournament games, and one for streaming myself on the ladder. The tournament version, I would like to remove the tabs from top of my screen.
Screen resolution: 1920x1080 Stream Resolution: 1920x1080
Name: BreAKerRush Sponsor: TTesports.
Main Colors: Lots of black and gold with a "faded paint" effect if you could do it. Try to make it look hardcore.
Other plugs: A spot for me to place the map name, preferrably above the minimap position.
