So yeah that's right, I'm moving to Korea for 3 months (for now 3 months anyways)
I'll mainly be going to watch the pro scene both in Brood war and Starcraft 2. so I'll get to see a lot of starcraft 
As much as i would like to say I'm going to compete. I'm not at the level of players that are currently in Korea, so I'll be mainly going as a spectator.
not only that but i guess I'll be going to be living starcraft (hence my blogs name) for those months. so see what its like in a way to be a competitor, to be in their shoes. as well i'll be watching history unfold before my very eyes. I'll meet the people who i have studied and admired.
its a chance for me to grow and to do what I've only dreamed of doing. to reach for the moon. i have my goals to do while I'm there, and these goals will make me a better player, and a better person.
it'll be a roller-coaster
i cannot wait.
as for when I'll be leaving. I plan on leaving end of march beginning of April.
I'll write about it as much as i can, and hopefully really give other people a glimpse of what i will experience in Korea, as everyone has a different experience of what its like doing what you've always wanted to do.
the only thing that will prevent me from going is if i cannot find a place to live before i go. though i am calling places over the next few days.

Have fun while you're there. Pictures would be nice. :D It's like on my to do list to travel. It would be nice to see it through other people's eyes if I can't.

i always wondered whats its like to pursure pro gaming, and nows my chance. i know i won't be gsl quality in 3 months, but tbh i don't need that, to just be there, to be around people who share the same passions as i do.

wait, so what are you doing there?
I mean, I like SC as much as the next guy but don't you think watching other people play is going to be a bit wierd for 3 months? Are you planning on like sneaking into pro houses and setting up a chair behind OGSMC....just watchin him ladder? I don't really get it...

let there is almost something going on daily in the sc scene. with gsl and all the kespa stuff. i'll be busty watching all that. when that stuff is not on i'll be exploring seoul and korea. plus i'll be trying to get a korean sc2 account and play on the korean servers, plus the NA server

auctally i plan on doing the exact opposite. i plan on mostly following sc1. i even plan on trying to convince hite to let me do a tour (photographed of course) of their house.
even on top of that i plan on trying to get a lot of the pros autographs and do giveaways for the people here on tl.
so don't fret. i'l be covering a lot of both sc2 and bw. if i was just covering bw it would save me a ton of money though, not having to drag around my desktop to korea and back.
also it looks like a lot of the bw events are not going on while i'll be there, there are not any events past mid march in the kespa calender

Oh that's cool man! For some reason I expected you were going to follow only SCII even tho you mention brood war in your post. silly me.
