i don't see why people freak out about spiders. ever since I learned that some spiders kill mosquitoes, I've been a fan of them. I'd suggest releasing it outside so it can do it's thing. actually, i'm not gonna lie, that thing looks pretty damn menacing.

Edit: Nvmd, not brown recluse. Edit2: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grass_spider 90% sure that is it. If its eyes are in 3 rows like so... ______Eye____Eye______ Eye___Eye____Eye__Eye ____Eye________Eye___ the that is probably it.

Put a paper under and go somewhere with other people, basically you then close the jar with a wall and cover it with a tissue or something, and when somebody walks by you ask him/her to hold the jar for you for a sec Then, you run fast.. it's not your problem anymore =D

Few years ago I couldn't even see a spider on TV / image. I remember once throwing a magazine and shouting in the train because I flipped the page and there was a full page spider picture :| Everyone stared at me :

It's a harmless species, just let it go. Slide paper under the jar and take it into the garden.
