I have a regular job, starts at 9, ends at 7 or so. Waking up is a real pain in the ass, it's like I'm dying inside and my body refuses to move.
I sleep around 1am which is late but I can't sleep earlier because, I don't know, I'm not tired enough, I want to play SC2 a bit more or my girlfriend is at home.
Anyway; I feel like I can't keep on having such difficult mornings and I wonder if there are ways to train myself to be in good shape with 6/7 hours of sleep or if I HAVE TO sleep at 11pm (and quit gaming).
Quitting my job is, of course, not an option, neither my gf.
