I'll try anything once. Maybe even twice. Usually I eat my steaks rare, but in this instance I'll go with what seems to be the norm among American women: "Well Done so it has the consistency and taste of leather then smother it with some sort of shitty Steak Sauce (they're all shitty) or ketchup (GAH!). And then complain to the server that my steak isn't tender or juicy enough."

But sure, I'll give this a go.

Some pet fishes get their own poop again because the excrement goes through their bodies fairly quick and there is still significant nutrients in it but this concept is not for me...omg. I'd rather be a vegetarian.

While I find the idea of what it comes from pretty gross, considering where the rest of meat comes from it's not that bad. If it was cheap enough... why not?

If I ever become so concerned for the environment I'll just eat vegetables. This could never replace meat in my mind. It should be said that this isn't all that different from the water recyclying techniques they use in space, or even Star Trek like "protein resequencing", except of course that that protein is actually grown out of feces eating bacteria, which is rather disgusting. In fact now I wonder, since bacteria can be such a good source of protein why don't we just let it grow on something else? Must keep in mind that this research sprouted out of a need to find a use for sewage specifically, not a demand for a way to replace meat. Surely it's not the best solution....

I think it's really just the question if enough people would buy it so it's worth being produced.
On the other hand, there might be less disgusting ways to get enough food for everybody, starting with not wasting it.
EDIT: Of course I'm assuming it doesn't affect your health in any bad way.

I think if it could help feed starving people it would be great for the world. Though I would try it for sure. just drown it in some sauce and eat it with a smile. Just don't get any in your eye, it might give you pink eye.

Sounds interesting to try at least once. I'm up for trying almost anything at least once and like to keep an open mind. That said, I'd probably have to be in a certain mood to try eating a shit steak. And I'd probably not finish the first one I ever ate, because I'd start thinking too much about how I'm eating shit to stomach the whole thing. But hey, I'd try it and tell people how it tastes.

If I had to go out and colonize deep space I'd eat that shit all day. But here on Earth I'm more comfortable killing a cow and eating it.
