Hello TL,
This summer, my family and I will be traveling back to Taiwan for a family vacation. Both my parents can speak Mandarin fluently, but I can't. This is due to my living in Canada for the past 10+ years, and leaving Taiwan when I was less than 3 years old. (Even before that I only visited, my parents studied in the States). Because I will be away for an entire month, I was wondering if anyone on TL knows where the TeSL studio is and how to get there, how much it is to get in, schedule, etc. I cannot be deprived of my SC2 for one month, :D. I would find this out myself, but I can't read or write Chinese and my dad told me to find this information out myself so I could go and watch
Any help is appreciated, I'll be there from around July 13~ August 17. Thanks

afaik they do not have an audience so regardless of where it is. You can't auctally go there and see it.
|
Hey, thanks I sent you an invite on MSN, maybe we can talk tomorrow
EDIT: @masterbreti: oh... do they stream it on TV or on computer?
|
It is a closed studio, invite-only to go in to watch the broadcast (As Artosis had). I don't believe you can get in. But you can watch it on TV i believe, or even online.

TeSL is going to broadcast on stream on friday and on TV on saturday and sunday.I will make the post regarding each day's match up and where you can watch it. They sometimes take audience but i dont know the detail =(

I see. I found the homepage, can someone translate the links and the schedule for me? Maybe there are streams I can watch when I go?
EDIT: @jimmy: do they broadcast in July/August? (I saw your threads, thanks!!! <3 )

Hmm, it says I already added you. I sent you an IM. I will send you my email in PM.

this is kind of off topic, but if you get to watch the TeSL GenesisX, could you compare their skill levels with foreigners and koreans? I was always curious how good the Taiwan players are.

I'll try to keep you updated
