I looked a bit ago where I could order some tyranids for delivery.
I need to rebuy everything basically. Codex and an army hive tyrant, guard, zoanthropes, biovores, carnifex, warriors (lictors any good?) and then thousands of infantry.. probably gargoyles? I had hormagaunts but I don't know where the game has evolved.
If anyone can point me towards where I would best buy/ship boxed models that'd be amazing. I will def get back into that game. I will also be in the Phoenix area... if anyone around there plays HIT ME UP
My favorite place to order games-workshop stuff was from thewarstore.com . Real down to earth guy, savvy businessman, 15-25% off all Games Workshop prices. The only sucky thing is that GW got pissed at his success and no longer allowed online retailers to use e-shopping carts, so you have to call stuff in. Still, I've ordered from them numerous times and was never disappointed- even mailed to a PO Box overseas, years back.
Also, for the sake of contributing to an INCONTROL THREAD!!!!!!!!!! heres a photo I took of you at MLG DC last year, and here's the corresponding blog post if you wanted to steal more EG photos.

I have a question! What was the song in the NASL break right after the artosis vs grubby series? It sounded really awesome, I tried looking on the NASL website and the site that the music for NASL was from but couldnt find it or a list of the songs used in NASL

Why are you so baller you're commentating NASL and EGMC at the same time?
+ Show Spoiler +okay i know NASL is prerecorded but...

Hi incontrol.
You have always stood out as the PvZ god in my mind with your extremely solid PvZ sentry expansion build (I watched all of your lessons but unfortunately never had the money to take one). I have been doing extremely well with it, until recently where zergs started making a lot of units early on from 2 hatcheries. I saw you lose to this in the NASL as well, on xel naga caverns. What pained me the most was that moman made a ton of early lings which did almost no damage and all got killed by a clever forcefields, yet still managed to pull off an early attack with roaches and lings that effectively ended the game. Yeh, you let the zergs enter your main, but even if you had not it would still have looked really nasty.
I'm basically wondering if you have any additional tips or insights on PvZ right now and maybe slight adjustments you have made or are testing as of late to deal with the zerg players approaching this match-up differently now, with lots of early aggression.
Thanks in advance!

Hey Geoff, I'm curious if you'd weigh in on this thread: Casting Language Standards
I feel this thread has brought up a good point about the ethics of e-sports broadcasting, and wanted to hear what you had to offer.

Would you mind giving more information on why you decided to move on from State of the Game?
In particular I'm curious if it involves EG's partnership with onemoregame. If you decide to answer this question with a denial, my followups would be...will Idra ever be on SotG again, if you decided to leave to focus on games/commentation, why are you still a part of ITG?
|
Have you ever gotten into a real fight?

Hey, Geoff. Just like to say thanks for making State of the Game amazing while you were involved. Didn't think you would be back to the SoTG thread again after your last post, so thought it best to say thanks here ^_^

I'm 1k masters zerg right now. Do you think there is merit in watching every gm zerg stream/rep pack I can or should I stick to the people who are considered the best of the best?

How hard will your hair be whipping back and forth during MLG?

I make no claims of having any clue as to what Geoff's motivations for leaving SotG were, but here some some things that immediately came to mind when I read your question(s):
1) SotG is more community oriented and less strategy based where the opposite is true with ITG. Thinking about and discussing topics on ITG would be more conducive to focusing on playing than SotG.
2) It appears as though Geoff is less involved with organizing the show on ITG so his time commitment may be less than SotG
3) ITG is newer and he committed to contributing to it more recently. Being 1/3 of the expert panel, it seems he is more important to the show's success than he is for SotG. If he only had time for one of them, ITG appears to be the logical choice.

Pretty sure Inka drunkenly yelled no more eg members on sotg at the end of the last sotg, so I assume it has more to do with scoot's involvement in onemoregame.

INcontrol. I just watched a 2 hour long video of you coaching a guy named Khaladas. While I first thought 2 hours was way too long and I'd only watch the first bit of it. I got so into the instruction on it that I watched the whole damn thing! Great coaching I learned a lot from all the "shark mode" stuff. Thanks for all your support to the starcraft 2 community. Sometime when this poor college student can spare 80 bucks I will sign up for a lesson. Until then, I will learn from your replays and stream. Thanks a bunch

How does Idra being a militant atheist affect your relationship, even though you're a non-strict Catholic, you still believe in God? Have y'all had any big discussions about it?
|
Hey Incontroll im sure you have answered this before but i'm curious. What position did you play in football, Did you go both ways? Also a little more Starcraft related do you think a football mentality has ever helped you in your career in Starcraft?

QUESTION FOR iNcontroL: Does Split Reason own the rights to your image or any other EG players in any way now? Thanks!
