Hey TL. I'm very unhappy. This is what happened today :/ This morning, in French (I'm grade 9) and I completely forgot to do my homework. This single assignment was worth a lot. I got 2/15....this was 2nd period. I found out that I left my rubiks cube, that my little cousins bought for me from HK. Not only was it lubed to my perfection but my little cousins bought it for me... and I left it in my desk, in English. I figure I could get it later, after school. Period 3 had no class in it, and neither does lunch so I had to get it after school... In period 4, gym. Wheee. I dropped my keys out in the field while playing ultimate. But I didn't know that. l spent after school looking for my rubiks cube and found out a grade 8 little idiot jacked it. There's like 7 kids and they keep changing the stories. And one of them has my cube.... The time I took to find my rubiks cube, the teachers say that we'll check again tomorrow. I get to my bus, almost late, and go home. At least it wasn't my iPod though, I joked. Then I find my keys are missing. The fact added that this was my 5th time losing it this year, with the 4th time being 3 days ago....
Now my parents are mad, I'm unhappy...ugh....whatever shall I do. I'm on my iPod, no computer tonight :/

I have a little mental checklist that I go through whenever I leave a room. I just think: "Wallet, phone, keys." "Wallet, phone, keys." "Wallet, phone, keys." Haven't forgotten anything anywhere in years because of it. I always catch myself before leaving. I suggest you start doing that, it's good to get a system ingrained at a young age.

Keep your keys in your backpack and put them back there every time you use them. No way to lose them that way.
Don't worry too much about forgetting homework. It isn't a huge deal is high school.
Losing your Rubiks cube tho.

In certain parts of the world kids have no food to eat and they say :''I'm unhappy...ugh....whatever shall I do, no food tonight.'' In other parts of the world young folks are forced to work 16 hours a day to support their family and they say ''I'm unhappy...ugh....whatever shall I do, no sleep tonight'' And in some parts of the world youngsters lose their keys and Rubik's cube while going to school and they say ''I'm unhappy...ugh....whatever shall I do. I'm on my iPod, no computer tonight.''
Cheer up !

You will have many dramatically worse days than this to come in your life, cherish the ones that really aren't so bad!

Never ever leave the location you were at without the three big things
Phone, Wallet, Keys.
I do this as a habit every time I leave a location, can't help being cautious.

losing your cube is
feel better man

what on earth does "lubed to my perfection" mean? o.o

You lost a rubiks cube and didn't do your homework. As Divinek said, if this is a terrible day for you, then you are in for a reality check!

You're young. Try to remember not to lose shit. It's annoying.

I agree with this. When I was your age I lost my housekeys all the time... It took me til about 10th grade or so to double check EVERYTHING. Always double check to make sure I have my keys, phone, and wallet. Always double check the area I was in to make sure I didn't leave everything behind.
Your life could be a heck of lot worse man, just take it in stride. At least you're not going to become homeless in a month

even though all these unfortunate things happened to you, you shouldn't be unhappy because you're just gonna be happy again anyway so there's no point chin up

Days could and can be worse! (first hand experience! Currently trying to survive through a sandstorm and dust is blowing into my lungs -.-)
Just take a deep breath, forget about it for now and focus on what makes you happy, be it hanging out with friends, starcraft 2 with online peeps, music, or w/e.

Weird, i once knew an internet acquaintance with the nick 'Cyc999' - thought for a second it was you! Alas, too young.
Anyways, don't despair, you'll be in high school soon enough and get thrown into chain of events leading to much deeper [emotional] crisis.
