To the other people having problems: I am unable to stream even on 240p, not sure why, usually I'm fine at 720p. Tested my connection and its fine, seem to be having trouble on other JTV streams as well this evening so I am assuming its them.

As for the games, I'm hoping it'll stablize by the time the later games come up.
