Either he's a troll, stupid or sarcastic, in either case, it's good to ignore him.

Oh my God.. That LR went on and on for like 50 pages how MC had 'stolen' the win somehow, etc etc etc.
It'll be interesting to see how it works out in Korea with the foreigner scene. I've always assumed that the top 5 Korean players were basically untouchable, but right now I feel like there are alot of foreigner upsets coming up, and I feel like the wins are really earned in a manner that kind of decided the better player at that given time so.. yeah pretty amazing.

I agree, the european-ese language probably confused MC who was used to korean hangul. Not to mention not playing around familiar sights (skinny azn guys vs. white guys), sounds (kekezergrush), and smells (lovely kimchi vs. stinky danish pastries). This league is rigged

i hope jaydee and xusneb is joking around uncomfortable after X-0 in copenhagen even 4-0 vs kas isnt that logic
how can you guys say he lose cause of european etc when he did roll over all players in kopenhagen ? you didnt watch it right ?

Ro8 Day 2 Reactions from PlayXP
"Boxer's games weren't that great. But keep at it!"
"It's okay, Nada loost 3:0 to so it's not that surprising"
"SlayersBoxer T_T I didn't watch the games but so sad"
"I won my toto due to Boxer losing.. Sorry Boxer!"
"Shit.. Emperor T_T"
"Not again my toto.. T_T"
"Damn I didn't know what to bet 3:0 or 3:1 in boxer losing. I missed an 1:11 odd. Hurts that boxer lost and I didn't win"
"Hate to admit it but I feel as though HasuObs studied every part of Boxer and knew what to do. Sucks but thanks for giving all your effort boxer!"
"If Boxer faced a zerg I would've bet for him. He's a skilled in TvZ but has a lot to learn in TvP. That's why i bet against him"
"I stated it before but due to the 1-2 week break between each match, there's a lot going on between then. He may be at a prime or a slump during then. Also seeing him losing in Code A makes you realize why he lost"
"Seems like this international tournament is where korean participants (Might I add that they had free invitation) didn't win. You also can't ignore the time these koreans had to play and what condition they were in late at night. They also did not know much about their opponents and could not study their characteristics. I'm not discounting that foreigners are skilled and assuming that there is a skill cap between koreans and foreigners. I'm just saying if none of the top elite korean players cannot make it past RO8, no data or replay to study the opponents and time zone could have factored in to why they lost"
"Nada played a same MU and lost 3:0 cannot be compared to Boxer's loss"
"Boxer played well but he crumbled in decisive moments of the games. All 3 of em"
"I enjoyed Boxer playing but also the opponent I was only able to watch 2 games before falling asleep... Boxer could have been the winner with good drop ship moves but the opponent knew of this and prepared accordingly."
"I'm a Boxer fan but let's not make excuses. He lost due to his skill. Game 1 seemed to show the lag and delay but the opponent was good too"
"In RO8....."

Obviously a troll.

Funny how both foreigners and Koreans believe Koreans are at some disadvantage because they can't "study their opponents" yet there's tons and tons more not just VODs, but also replays of all foreigner players available to anyone with internet access. If they're not willing to put in the effort to find them or get someone who can read the most basic English to find them then OK, but that's the same argument as "oh but he doesn't practice!". If you put in less work than your opponent then you might lose, yeah.

24 pages of reactions to reactions. i wonder if the netizens translated this thread and made a korean thread about what we said about what they said. then we can translate those and remark on their responses to our replies on their reactions.

If I'm entirely honest, I do sympathise with the lag complaints. I really do. I wish people could see the lag and yet still accept that the European players also have mad skills. It seems like a lot of the Koreans do see it, which is cool to read about. I felt that the 'world all stars' players could have represented the foreign scene better at the world championships.

Exactly. They use it on PlayXP.

Koreans are so sad...I wonder if they will stop watching TSL3 because of this. That would kinda suck T___T

I lol'd =)

The reactions seem ok about the boxer games. Only thing that stands out is the guy saying boxer couldn't study the foreign player HasuObs.
What?
It's so easy to find replays from any foreigner player. I would say it's completely otherway around. There is VOD's from boxer but not that many replays and you can google hasuobs replays and you get a bunch of them.

Ro8 day 1 is rated 10/10 on GOM's site. Ro8 day2... 2.8/10. lol.
|
Day 2 on GomTV has a lot of really long comments :o
http://ch.gomtv.com/404/28397/420644
I can understand the 2.8 out of 10, I guess Boxer is still their national icon or really close to that.
|
I guess they love to see MC lose, because it usually produces better games than him winning. Boxer looked a bit lost in his games though.
