I dont mind a couple of months of winter, but it's extreme in Sweden, so I would probably choose Vancouver, Canada, they have four seasons but not extreme winters as far as I understand. Australia sounds nice also... but I think I would get tired of the heat after a year or two.

After visiting London, I fell in love with the small area of Kensington within London. Love the area, the parks, the people, the TUBE, and their accents. Sweden... Haven't been there but Swedish (girl) accents are hot when they are speaking English. Not sure if I could actually live there after living in San Diego my whole life. But I'd try.

I'd say either Sweden or Canada, or maybe another Scandinavian country. Not too high of a cost of living, great quality of life, good life expectancy, good relations with the rest of the world, pretty well-educated people, etc.
