Agreed with the whole rebroadcast. Also, tomorrow.. they start early Saturday and Sunday. Are you expecting the Players and everyone in MLG to all play at Midnight throughout the early-morning? Let's be realistic here.. lol.

I mean europeans are sleeping that time, why not make matches from the morning at Dallas time, so that US and EU can both watch? Same reason why gsl is at a terrible time for north America. We don't sleep and watch it anyway though Logistically they don't have a choice.. They have 1 weekend and starting late Friday allows players to fly in that same day if they wish. Also nobody from America would watch it Friday day

is the worst-to-be result for the seeded players top24? so the 16 groupstage players + 8 from open bracket form the top24?

The match start times are central, the intro starts in an hour and 45 minutes and the matches start in just over 2 hours probably. If I'm wrong I have to become suddenly ill so I can leave work even earlier than planned to make it there

Technically speaking, yes there will always be some sort of delay as this is a live Event and it's hard to start right on the minute.. but "+2 hours standard MLG delay" is a little too much. April fools?

With the way it's set up, it's a huge advantage to be in the winner's championship bracket. But yeah, i kind of agree that the games are less exciting when there's no risk of getting knocked out. Thats exactly how I see it. And that makes it uninteresting to me, giving them a VIP-lane to the champions bracket is just elitist and boring. I loved the upsets of Thorzaine and Cruncher (and adelscott somewhat), both in the TSL open and the actual tournament so far. No chance of that here. Im much more interested in the open bracket to see how some of the non-seeds will faire in a COMPETETIVE environment, rather than the Elitist-incubator of the pools.
