You called him retarded, that is EXTREMELY insulting and quite frankly, quite offensive as well.

I called his argument retarded, but very well, withdrawn. I'd rather not turn this into something bigger than it is.
That being said, I'll repeat this again. He's arguing that IdrA should have made MORE corrupters when he was making ONLY corrupters and he still lost because Void rays simply rape them as that game clearly showed.

Deal with it the way MYM.Mondragon (the baller that he is) dealt with it. That was beautiful play and timing.

After seeing Idra lose I want to cry myself to sleep. Then I watched the Mondragon game and realized that there is still hope for zerg. Once the SC2 is more solved/balnced then Idra will be king.

-_- I think anyone who got knocked out would have killed to play ZeeRax in the first round.

I have seen ZeeRax do nothing but that strategy since beta! also his execution was poor in those games.
Failling to wallof after bust, Not forcefielding choke, Mishandling collossi, Not spotting drops even thou he had total air control (phoenix roaming around and obs out!!!)

I have IdrA's true style figured out:
he's in fact a very GM person, and he's faking his BM, because if he didn't he would lose half of his fanbase and turn into just yet another ro32-16 player in various tournaments (I mean seriously, would you still think of him as nearly as interesting if it weren't for the "fag" and "rofl" at the end of all the games?).
A guy who's smart enough to handle getting into physics and korean starcraft not smart enough to handle his own mouth? I think not. He's definitely faking it.
in other words, IdrA's real genius is not sc2, IdrA's real genius is he's excellent at selling himself to the audience. If I were a CEO i'd definitely hire him as my marketing guy.
I shall be copying this style, but before then I'd have to study the replays [aka all the interview videos] a bit more.

The BM is only a bonus. His mechanics is where the real money is.

Have you seen his 1 base play? He's actually pretty good but Mondragon had his number the whole time. I think any protoss would have lost to that style Mondragon showed off.

Well we can't insult Idra, but we could call him insane based on the definition of insanity: trying to get away with over-droning when he keeps getting punished for it. =) I'm really sad he's out now though.

I disagree that his execution was poor. He kept his vrs alive and had good expo timing. Mondragon just had a very good response

At the time of the drop he had 2k minerals and 1k gas. That could have been about 15 stalkers. Imagine the drop with 15 stalkers covering the colosus with that air force. It would have stand no chance. Mondragon noticed sloppy macro and took advantage really well. I don't want to downtalk mondragon but his roach only style wouldnt be very strong if zeerax had macrod better.

I don't think so, the only reason ZeeRax lost to midgame pushs is because he blindly goes for the heavy heavy late game - tech/gas army. he is of course susceptible to attacks before the collosi/void numbers are huge.
Any other protoss would have way to many gateway units (stalker/sentry) and wall to fend off any sort of pushs.
Fast double tech path, with fast expo...

..So as I said, Mondragon had his number the whole time... Where are we differing here?
