Please do not post spoilers of any sort about the games in this thread. People are specifically directed to this thread to watch the VODs without any hints as to the outcomes.
Here are some spoiler-free links to the Youtube channel... if there was no game 3, I added a link to a different TSL match, so to save yourself don't preload them in other tabs or you may be spoiled by the title! Also, be careful, watch them in the order listed. Husky and Chill themselves may spoil the earlier games while discussing the later ones otherwise!

The bulk of the time is chopping and encoding hundreds of gigs of raw video, not actually uploading to YT. The uploading to YT takes a few hours but that's hardly the major delay.
I don't think I have to mention the importance of actually having content on our youtube where there's ads and stuff, but even if we did do torrents the end user would probably receive it around the same time. It wouldn't be that much faster.
Thanks for the explanation, I really appreciate it (sorry if I sounded like some entitled kid with my questions).
Turns out it has been a good reward to get home from work and watch the vods, thanks again for the speedy upload!
For example in the ret vs naniwa game 1, spending the first half of the game commenting on how effective rets drops are being. and how good his strategy was working, was retarded. Ret sacrificed soooo much money on unsuccessful drops, on EVEN mining bases (no economic advantage) and the commentators were singing his praises. PAINFUL to listen to.
Also nestea vs goody game 3, they speennnnt soo long saying nestea has this, he has the economy goody's base is dead blah blah. I mean was very obvious to me that a couple seiged tanks and his base was fine. But it seems the casters could not realise this.
I mean what level are these casters, I get that they have to commentate immeadiately as they see it but how can they be sooo wrong sooo consistently. Are they like gold and have no grasp on what's going on.
All I'm saying is use their brain a bit and don't be so eager to stick to consensus doing drops everywhere, splitting your enemy is good. But really look around if hes done NO damage and lost thousands of minerals in wasted units - ITS NOT GOOD!

You're certainly entitled to an opinion about the casting, but I don't really think the TSL VOD thread is really the place to complain...if only because you'll stir up a shit storm about Caster X vs Caster Y.
Also remember that not only are they casting the games as they watch them for the first time, but (for the most part) they have never casted together. Keep that in mind before you criticize, IMO the TSL has the best American casters available.
No offence but man the games inbetween Naniwa and Ret were really dissappointing... both did so many stubborn mistakes and failing. Not saying I'd do better but gheez in comparisson to so many other pro's I don't get how they manage anything when playing like that... everyone can have a bad day but I've been cheering for Ret for ages but it just seems he has subpar decitionmaking and most of the times he wins due to his enemy not responding correctly to his somewhat cworky strategy.
