IIRC he would have been in Code A whether he qualified for GSL3 or not. In fact had he qualified for GSL3 he may have been in code S. I'd have to go back to his numbers and look. I'm 99% positive him and idra lost in the same rounds (ro64 in GSL 1 or 2 and then a ro32 in the other GSL), and idra had the extra ro32 finish to put him into code S.

Actually he had one ro32 and one ro64, so definitely not code S, he would have needed ro16 or ro32 in s3, and his play seemed to be going downhill after season 1.

I wonder why people hate on the ONLY player who had medical (read: carpel tunnel + bout with chicken box) issues in his career that significantly reduces his performance. It's like, saying to someone "why don't you run at full speed" after they mildly strained a quad earlier in a football game.
TLO is hugely entertaining to watch and on top he's a really good face for the game. He's insightful, successful (why else is he in TSL) and eloquent, I can hardly imagine anyone else that brings the entire package he possesses.

I'm the exact opposite. I thought he was creative but way way overrated in the beta. Now he's become a lot more solid and is a nice representative of international e-sports.

It could happen because Halo pro 4s=tons of immaturity, no team loyalty, and a lot of backstabbing.

I don't think many do hate TLO, just think his gimmicky play style isn't going to get him far. In my opinion he did well earlier on because people didn't have near the knowledge of the game and he came up with a lot of interesting builds. As time goes on, this style becomes less effective. He must know this and thats why hes changing into more macro oriented. I'm all for TLO doing well, he provides interesting games, but I would rather cheer for someone who can provide results. I am more consistently disappointed in his games than the other way around.

that I definitely agree with, he use to rely on gimmicks to win during the beta, how he is using some of these to complement his play. His last few games in the GCPL has been very underwhelming, but hey qualifying for TSL with highest amount of point aint bad either. Hope he choose a race and improves his game.
