Anyway hf gl gg etc etc!! what do you mean by doing a bit for them? or am i misinterpreting CSL? The Collegiate Starleague. I'm a battle reporter there and starting to take on some feature writing roles so I was trying to come up with a way to bridge the tournament and the CSL. I know some of the college age players might be involved through their university's team. Was just a thought and if anyone wants they can hit me up any time. If not I'll just be there to hang out! We're still recruiting people for our CSL team :D Nice to meet you, battle reporter! (Female to male ratio is going up! Booyah) Oh hell yeah! It'll be nice to meet more awesome gamer gals. I was at one of the last tourneys but wasn't there for too long so I didn't get to chat with anyone much. Looking forward to this Saturday! What college do you go to that you're forming the CSL team for? CUNY City College. None of the CUNYs have a CSL yet, so might as well get a head start Oh yeah I was talking about the logistics of a CUNY wide CSL team and how that would be near-impossible with hazleynut once. I would LOVE to start a Queens College one but my time as a grad student is so limited. Anyway good luck with yours! City College rocks. Me and Adjutant were talking about making a Hunter College CSL team, we don't know many players though Just start a team for next season, you'd be surprised how many closet gamers there are ;P NYU's CSL team only started with 4 or 5 people and now we have a huge roster.

It's just about getting word of mouth out there. A couple of posters here and there or a visit to a club on campus might be enough to get a decent team together!

Can we put in the two new GSTL maps in place of Garden and Legacy?

are they available on the NA server (it's 3 maps right? not two?)? I like Dual Sight and Xelnaga fortress, but I think it is far too late to make map changes. Much of my practice of recent has been on the current map pool, and I think a lot of people will agree that trying to learn another map in 2 days isn't the best idea.

you had more than 2 days to practice the maps, I've been practicing GSL maps with smurf xD

Yeah that's true, I didn't think of that.
There are 3 new ones but I meant the 2 new new ones. The 3rd is a Blizzard map.

The maps in the map pool are not yet final, was gonna finalize them and put down their names and publishers a few days ago but got lazy and procrastinated and now i dont have much time cuz im in the middle of midterms ><
however no new map would be implemented this close to the date of the tourney, only maps with noticeable problems like glitches and stuff would be removed
hopefully ill have the list of names and stuff on tonight or tomorrow xD

i'll play tekken when i lose =p

I'd 1000x prefer not to use maps that are/were never in gsl (anything other than terminus crevasse taldarim crossfire).
|
MLG map pool would also be cool, but that's not gonna happen this time,
DALLAS IN 2 WEEKS
