Thors will not get in range of the faster 9-range collosi when there are zealots. Also, if you start to launch strike cannons on a collosi at max range, they can do one step back in the 2 seconds preparation time and the thor will cancel his cannon and thus have lost a few seconds on stepping forward and 4 seconds on getting cannons out and back again. You can just 1shot the immortals rather than the colossus, while vikings take the colossus. Very rarely will you have someone micro a colossus away from a strikecannon though.

The ability consists of a 2 second intro, up to 6 seconds of both barrage (25 x 20dmg every .24 seconds) and stun (except against Ultralisks), then a 2 second outro. So thors with +1 do more damage per second than strike cannons.

Dropships? Carry a Thor or two with your vikings, when colossus try to escape, drop + strike cannon Think outside the box, anything is possible.

It works close map positions, it doesn't work as well on big maps. I don't know how you can possibly say im ignorant for saying that, have you been trying to pull shit like this off on a high level for months? I certainly have. From what I remember Jinro had the game basically won at that point. What do you think I meant by stun? because what you said was exactly what i meant, i thought it was common knowledge.

And also, I read a few of your posts regarding Terran mech. By the sounds of it, you hate it and there is no room for debate with you. I'm just going to watch the game now instead of wasting my food on trolls.

I edited my post some. Either way, if MMA used it on the immortals he would have a MUCH better chance at winning the fight. About the stun, I took issue with you saying it's "just a stun", which is why I quoted it. Stunning an immortal is huge, nothing "just" about it.

You use the cannon ---> the thor will try to get in range --> it takes 2 seconds to start --> thor dies --> damage: 0.

Later with the superior unit composition it's VERY hard to get that off. Maybe if you could get burrow movement with thors.. and they could move like hellions, well I can dream :p
