I guess my first was Sim City 2000 (Released 1993). That game fucking rocked. I just wish any of the games after it could have lived up to it's glory. Oh well Haha i had that one on demo. Only one Map yet i played it for forever. Awesome game really

Damn I remember another game where you were this dude inside a computer or something with microchips and circuits all over and it was a platformer game and I think the main character was a magnet or had a magnet on his head? magnet man? Anyone have any idea what this game i'm describing is called?

It's called Athletic Land and was developed by Konami for the MSX. The first game I can remember playing was Pong on one of these (or at least the Dutch equivilent, I think it was called the Philips P2000 or something).

It was probably duck hunt or mario 1 on NES and then countless other NES games. First PC game was wolfenstein 3d.

A fantastic early PC game in the vein of donkey kong, but slightly more fleshed out in level design (IMO IMO IMO) In this picture you are the red/white thingie... You have to collect all the red thingies to progress. You could set the levels to go in numerical order or randomize. Pretty sure there were enemies to avoid by running away. Oh, reading the wiki I remember all the other stuff too.. some levels had you building ladders, some had pieces of the level that would only reveal themselves when you get more red thingies.. etc. very fun. https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Jumpman
