A friend of mine had that game, and I'd barely ever played any games before (maybe a couple genesis games over a cousin's house), then I was floored by AoE2. I eventually (after we got dial-up), downloaded the demo, on the same night that we went to see fellowship of the ring in the theatre. I eventually bought the game, and have been a gamer since

My first PC games playing was to windows 3.11 back when i was 4-5 years old i think, i played Oswald with my big bro and a whole lot of other winter games i can't remember, ofc commander keen. I used to play super mario on my friends NES. Didn't have one myself Then my big bro got a PS1 in 1997 i think and we played racing games and Crush bandicoot, damn those were times. and wipe out!

I was three at the time, so I've been a gamer for like, forever

It was an awesome game with really good research about all the historical characters involved. If a remake was made with up-to-date graphics, I would buy it. These games were before windows. DOS based games. Archery, Bouncing Babies, some other crap games I can't remember. my first real computer game was Capt. Comic
