I don't personally know that much about it so I can't explain it, but the body gets coldest at around 4 am not because of outside reasons but internal ones.

I suggest getting a pet bird, like a raven, which has the ability to detect those pesky ghosts. That should help.

I dunno! The ghost comment caught me by surprise and had me laughing pretty hard.

I went on a date with some 25 year old British girl, clearly no sense of humour. I told her the reason for that was because woman are cold blooded creatures, much like alligators, or a lizard. Could hear a pin drop, I thought it was funny. *Shrug*.

(at least it feels that way; PS: I'm not on heroine;) ) There are far less distractions that goes into your head at night than during day, because majority of people sleep. Considering every possible wave or distraction source, not only noise you can hear. I think (not scientifically backed) that your system is more dull over hectic day, just as a natural defense to all the distractions.

That being said, yes your body does cool down at night time by a degree or 2, this is due to the slowing of your metabolism during these hours to facilitate sleep.

So it is comfortable for me, but not for the girl...I am probably the most cold blooded person i know or whatever infuencing cold feet/hands. I guess i just have too many ghosts in my appartment ^^
