So i'm watching comedy central right now, and a new episode of the daily show is airing....wtf...y? I haven't heard anything about a time change and I dont know if this only effects Canadians or wat.. but im really not happy about it. Day9 is on at 10, along with an hour of seinfeld, which leads perfectly into the daily show and colbert report, which leads into late night, its great. At least it was. I would image that stewart/colbert is the most watched hour that comedy central has, and they just go and change it...maybe i missed the commercials that said it was changing to 10, though i highly doubt it.
Is this change only in Canada, and was anyone aware or it before hand? I see their site says 'new time 10pm' after a search...so lame.
Also...where the hell is Futurama and when is it coming to Canada?

Over the summer I went from Day9 to DailyShow every day Excellent choice.
Now I don't watch either show, fuck me.

Don't worry about Futurama... you're not missing much

Thats really the only reason i made this blog. I realized there is no place to confirm this time change, and to let everyone know of the change, though is this only in Canada or the States as well? Leno didnt do well at 10 but their hoping Stewart will? Bah....I'm sure he will do fine but it woulda bin nice to have to warning.... is that too much to ask?

There were commercials for it like last week or something but admittedly there were faaaarrrrr fewer than I would have thought. I stopped watching late night after Conan got fucked over so it doesn't affect me much.

Besides a totally excellent season filled with quite a few excellent episodes, especially for previous fans, yeah, not much.

I'm all types of excited. Of course now I have to chose between day[9] and Daily show.

Jon Stewart. How's that even a choice. Not that day9 is not awesome or anything but come on.. Jon Stewart.

I have no idea what the numbers are, but everyone I know that watches it DVRs it, and I can remember Jon Stewart making a joke about it a while back that he can rag on their sponsors all he wants since his audience skips all the commercials with their TIVO anyway.
Comedy Central is built around Stewart/Colbert. They're also extremely niche audience shows. If they move time slots, the viewers will follow. Not to forget that each show is re-aired like 6 times each day, and then a few more times on the weekend. Then there's repeats during every(way too frequent) hiatus. And they're posted online the next day.
I'm not surprised they didn't say much about moving time slots. If this thread wasn't made I doubt I would've even noticed.
