It was a pretty standard game. Idra could have won and Masq could have won at any point and it all came down to two key plays (or rather, misplays).
Here, watch the video and see for yourself:
So did you catch it? The mistakes you may have seen but that isn't what stands out in your mind does it? Its the infamous IDRA RAGE! I will put the following exchange between Idra and Masq in a spoiler tag below but please watch the video first.

I don't know about you but I nearly crapped my pants in laughter reading that oh-so-friendly banter between Idra and his opponent. Am I mad that it happened? There is a reason I named this topic "Defending Rage". Now I don't rage and if I do, I don't do it in a chat. But Idra obviously has different views than me so we'll move on.
Some people say that Idra is immature for doing something like this and others say it's both "awesome" and "funny" and I'd have to agree with the latter in this paticular game. But one thing I don't see in Idra's smacktalk is the belittling of his opponent. He never said it was a stupid build, he was just frustrated with it and didn't expect it. That was the first mistake he made in the game. And seeing Idra play, he doesn't make too many.
On to the second mistake that he made which is blatanly obvious as HD comments on it 5 minutes into the video.
Why Idra? Why didn't you cancel that Hatch? Oh, you could have had that game won. Instead, a rare mistake pertaining to micro and Idra was on his way to putting a tally in the loss column.
But back to my point. From what I read, what I interpret in Idra's comments is that he isn't mad at his opponent; he's mad at himself. He was mighty pissed when he knew about the build but it came to late. He didn't get that Overlord scout and that cost him. He didn't cancel a dying Hatchery which cost him 300 minerals. He was pointing out all the mistakes that he made. And think about this; if Idra DID have that scouting advantage with the Overlord, he may have just won that game or saved it even. And in an insane moment in time, I actually have to agree with Idra in saying that Masq really didn't deserve that win largely due to some miscues by one of the best. Still, it was funny as hell to see a watered-down verison of infamous IDRA RAGE! And for that, I'm glad I clicked the on the video.
