I have intel integrated graphics (I know it sucks, but I'm going to be stuck with this for a while).
For some reason, my comp starts to lag during games that has 3G graphics. I never had this problem before (especially during phase 1) but one day, it just decided to start lagging randomly. The funny thing is, everything works fine for about 20 seconds, and then the screen lags for 10 seconds. After that, the cycle repeats.
This isn't only on Starcraft: I've experienced this problem in many other games, including but not limited to AVA, Sudden Attack, IIDX (I have the HDD), Portal etc.
If someone can help me out, I would be very thankful.

They completely suck and are incapable of playing games. you should be happy it just lags the game instead of crashing to desktop completely. If you can't buy a graphics card then you're just going to have to suffer through it because there is nothing you can do.

did you even read the post, he clearly says he never had this problem before.

Since it only starts happening after 20 seconds it sounds very much like it could be a heat problem. Try using something like riva tuner to max out your fans manually to try and keep it cool.

Surprisingly, I was able to play games like MW2 with lowest setting, 10~15 fps which was actually playable since I wanted to play it. I thought Intel was going to crap out on me with 1~5 fps.
Oh and yes. Intel does suck, I admit. But that part kicks in after 15~20 min into the game, not with 6 probes.
@Shivaz: I tried your suggestion. Unfortunately, River Tuner doesn't have the drivers for intel chipset (unless I did something wrong). Thanks for your help though =)

Yeah, i did. Integrated graphics are completely unreliable and useless. Even if it's a new problem that has no bearing on the fact that he will ALWAYS have difficulty gaming with integrated graphics. He's welcome to try to get back to his levels of unplayable lag, but there's absolutely no point as it's never going to work right. All i can suggest is putting more cooling on your northbridge (the big metal heatsink next to your processor on your motherboard) and hoping it helps. If you're using a laptop then there's nothing you can do.

Probably an overheating issue with your graphics card. Take the case off and blow a fan on high straight on your card. If you no longer have the same lag, then your gfx card overheats.
