SC2 Less graphics better?

Okay, I've been watching some streams, and I've noticed the people that play with the grahpics/quality setting turned down are easier to follow. I mean, I can see a lot more clearly which units are which and what buildings are what buldings. With the graphics settings on max, there are too many special effects, buildings look a little more similair, especially with zerg. I'm wondering, do you think turning the graphics settings to low will help all those people who say they cant see what is going on, or am I alone in the dark on this one? Or do you Disagree with me completely and think higher graphics = Easier on the eyes. Not everyone sees everything the same way, just curious on your guys' thoughts are.
