CANADIAN FIGHTING!!!
You can take both the TSLs! x2
I just like how he's so interested in producing entertaining matches, which his play style usually brings.
And JF is one of the coolest Canadians you'll ever met, I'm sure happy I got to see him play in person!

JF, you were and will be my choice for the LB, you took out Draco i knew you could beat White-Ra!!!!
Though, when you played Draco i was terribly sorry about you defeating him, now i am your supporter vs Nony! Nony is doing the same mistake Idra made against him ... being overconfident!
JF FTW! And thanks for the interview!

TSL Ro8 has been good to my liquibet. I hope the same goes for the Ro4. Nice interview!

This is awesome Well done finding it.
I was just looking at the brackets and imagining if IdrA, ret and White-Ra had won. I sort of wanted IdrA and ret to win and I've always liked Ra too.
But then imagine a semi of IdrA/Ra and ret/Mondi. And a finals of IdrA - ret. It would just feel sort of... standard.
This to me feels very exciting. And having NonY, JF, Sen and Mondi all makes it anyone's game (although i know alot of z fans are calling it for the Overmind already :p). But at least it doesn't feel like the winner is a foregone conclusion.

He lost $200 but now has a better shot at winning $10,000. Sometimes gotta lose the battles to win the war

he's nice guy but he will get punk'd by him

Being compared to BackHo isn't such a bad thing IMO. Certainly he's not on the calibur of Stork or Bisu, but that hasn't stopped him from taking down big names in a number of settings. Don't forget that he eliminated Stork from GOM Season 2.
I picked Nony to win, but I really hesitated. I don't think this match is clear cut at all. Then again, I guessed every single Ro8 match wrong, going from 65th to 643rd in the Liquibet, proving that I know nothing about what's going on outside Korea.

what was rekrul's bet ? lol

He's gonna win. NonY is a really good player who can take games, and series, from everyone in the foreigner scene, but I never understood why people considered him to be something even close to the best non-Korean Protoss. In my opinion NonY is not as good as White-Ra, Draco or JF (supposing they are in top shape) and therefore indeed the underdog. Of course it's on JF to prove that he's still got it, though.
But both NonY and JF tend to play very standard PvP and JF's reavers (though overhyped to some extent, true!) are going to make the difference.

Once he gg'd I screamed so loud my brother came over to my room to ask if I've won. I gave him a big double handed high five, like you see the progamers do in the proleagues.
Edit: I'm so torn, I love all the players left in the TSL >_<. Go everyone! Hooray!

It's actually great to be compared to BackHo, since he is loads better than Idra, Nony, Mondi, or Sen. If JF can play like BackHo he will have an easy title defense.

Ah you are right, but you missed the point, he said if nony is stork then JF would be backho as a comparison. Which isn't really a compliment if you compare what the two players skill level

Nony and JF are both very very good players. They're both creative, and they both think on their feet. This should be a really great PvP ro4 series
