The bus driver is fighting for his life at this very moment. Kinda gives you something to think about when you are seething mad and ready to kill someone doesn't it. Maybe just chill out. Heres the link to the news story (they caught the guy and charged him with attempted murder. How is it possible that 50 people sat there and watched that happen?) LINK

Maybe go angry german kid on your keyboard or make a rage blog against protoss players (well uuh, I guess you kinda did already). But generally you shouldn't get angry at the people you described, because they are slaves to their instincts, they aren't assholes by choice, it's just that they are uneducated peons that don't know any better - maybe they had shitty parents that didn't teach them how to behave in a public setting. It's good that you have self control, because it makes you better than them.

To the op, you need to learn to speak up when you need to, without going into crazy mode but still speaking firmly. Don't just glare and assume your intentions are coming across clearly. Good and bad people both have ears and will listen. The only problem is handling the bad people who will still not care.

If you're upset with people then you should communicate with them what you want. Put yourself in other people's shoes. Maybe they don't notice. Maybe someone else on the bus is being an ass and not moving. Maybe the bus driver's daughter just got diagnosed with cancer and he's distracted. You have no clue what other people are going through. Don't sit there and just emo, focusing your hatred and other creepy shit like that. Bang on the door and say "let me on!" Try to communicate with your fellow human beings! If they don't let you, then you can fume. But for god's sake, stop with all this weird visualization and imagination. You have nothing to base it on. Just let the hate go. Focus on your goal, not on all your wretched feelings. Humans have all kinds of feelings, good and bad. It's up to you to choose which feelings to keep and which ones to dismiss as unworthy. Hate is an unworthy feeling. +1

After cursing out the driver a bit, a student came up and paid for him. 10 minutes later he was freaking out about the same thing you are. The bus was very full. Seething mad, and unable to calm down, the irate 24yr old passanger flipped. the bus driver told him to get off. At that moment the 24yr old passanger began punching the driver in the face over and over. He then grabbed him by the neck and threw him off the bus onto the ground outside. The driver who is 58 ended up being lodged between the bus and the curb. The insane passanger then went on to kick him in the face for a total of 20+ times. The bus drivers face was caved in completely. No one on the bus got out to help, and after kicking him in the face that many times, the passanger simply walked away. Sure you get into trouble sometimes but fuck, i'm not going to stand there watching it happen.

And that's what it is. I know it's hard nowadays to look objectively at something. So many news items and tales of people snapping, doing hideous things for little reason. I'm pretty sure a lot of us have our own ways of dealing with anger, we may suppress it and put on a smile or we can let it out through physical activity or gaming, or as I feel the OP is doing, we can fantasize about our vengeance on a world of stupid people stuck in the mindset that they're the only ones who matter. That's correct to a degree, you are important. You do matter but the minute you can make a difference to someone else in any way, they matter as well. Whether it's a polite thank you, a show of consideration, taking into account that the bus is full and if you move, other people have room to board/exit the vehicle or making sure that you don't set an example of being an asshole. Which is mainly the trouble with large groups of people. There are very few who are willing to take the risk of seperating from the crowd if there's a possiblity that things could go wrong and they could get hurt. The mentality of a crowd is survival and when faced with observing violence towards a single person, the crowd sticks together and stays quiet. Sometimes one person making a stand can act as a catalyst but that can be dangerous as well. I don't like crowds. I don't think the OP is unusual, I've seen and talked to a lot of people who deal with anger by visualization, it's unlikely that he's suddenly going to go psycho on someone's ass because he prefers to internalize the anger. He seems extremely self aware of his own thoughts and reasoning but I'd suggest finding an outlet for that anger which could be used positively rather than totally locking it up inside, all the time. When I'm righteously pissed, I head off to the gym, swimming pool or I go running. That way I can be by myself and get rid of the rage constructively in a way that makes me feel better physically and tires me out so I get sleep without dwelling on anything bad.
