Even though the ladder is over, do not transfer or reset your TSL accounts until we post the official Top 48. The rankings in the Ladder standings thread are NOT the final rankings. That means if you are in ranks #49 or above, there is still a chance for you to qualify due to point adjustments and disqualifications of players inside the Top 48.
If two players are tied for a tier qualification spot (Ladder Ranks #1, #12, #24, and #48), the two tied players will play a Bo3 and the winner gets the higher rank.
From 12:00 KST December 10th 2009 until ladder end (Final 72 hours) the following rules will be enforced:
1. A player cannot play games against an opponent who is 3 or more ranks higher or lower than his own rank
2. A player may only have a 3 game win/loss differential versus his opponent per 24-hour period
Notes:
Rule 1 - Example: If you are B+, you may play B-, B, B+, A-, and A rank players, but you may not play a C+ or A+ player. Any violations will result in point penalties.
Rule 2 - Example: If you are playing the same player, 3-0, 4-1, 5-2 would be acceptable scores, but 4-0 or 5-1 would not be. Any violations will result in point penalties.

Replay packs from the ladder stage of the TSL will not be released by TL Staff until the tournament is over. However, players are free to release their own replay packs whenever or wherever they wish, provided they also release the pack on Teamliquid.net. Players may not sell or release replays from their TSL account for monetary or commercial gain.
If you want your TSL replay pack hosted at TL.net, host it at www.senduit.com and post the link in this thread. A staff member will download and host your replay pack at TL.net for you.

From now on, all TSL team applications must be from 0-0 accounts. You cannot apply to join our team with any stats other than 0-0, even if all your games were played after the ladder opened. This is to ensure that no player can join the ladder at a high rank, because all participants should be able to know where they stand in terms of qualification.
Please submit complaints as soon as possible after the event happens. Points will be adjusted based upon when the complaint should have been submitted, and if we suspect someone of abusing the system by waiting, then we'll take action against them.
Even though ICCup's rules indicate that you may play up to a certain number of games within a 24-hour period (6/9/12 for D/C/B ranks), keep in mind that they have a rule that allows them to review situations on a case-by-case basis. For example, if you play someone 48 times over four days, or repeatedly play friends or clanmates, that is technically "allowed" but may violate the spirit of the rule and thus could result in disciplinary action. Be smart about who you play.
