After a 5 hour drive from North New Jersey, we finally arrived, checked in at the hotel and stopped at "The Lost River"
Basically you go down a path of long set of stairs and you see stuff like...
Supposed to be a wolf head or something lol
You get the picture...it was pretty neat, and I liked it a lot. Next up was the Cannon Mountain where you ride a cable car to the peak, and across you can see Mt. Lafayette.
On the cable car, on the way to the top
Then we went down...and next to the Cannon Mountain place was a Ski Museum. It was free, so why not visit? :p

This concludes Day 1. By the time we came back to the hotel, it was around 6 PM. We ate dinner which my mom prepared for us, and then went around the town near the hotel. WOW, I was so surprised, there is literally NOTHING to do. The difference between the suburbs and a place like this makes my town a city. However, there is a delicious Ice Cream place that gives huge cones. If you live in the White Mountains Area and know where the "Hobo Railroad" place is, that Ice Cream shop is near there.
For Day 2, we went to the Mt. Washington by car!
On the peak, you can see the train on the way to the top
The kind of trees that live here lol
After we came down there was some random waterfall place we stopped by:
Here is a picture of the Mt. Washington Hotel. It was made like 100 years ago or something.
Final stop: Flume Gorge. A pretty long walk, but nonetheless, BEAUTIFUL!
WOW...feels like I'm in a jungle. So cool!
I think this was The Flume
After this we stopped by the Loon or something.
Then we ate dinner, went for ice cream, and swam/exercised.
Last day, in front of the hotel, about to leave:
What the fuck is wrong with my face, I look so tired...
On the way home, we stopped by this awesome scenic view
and finally, "The Frost Place"
Great trip overall. On top of Mt. Washington, we sent a postcard back home with what we wanted to say. My dad wrote "When will we ever come back here as a family" in Korean and in a way, that makes me sad. Just like he said, when will we ever come back? I mean, I am 19 years old and my sister is 14. My parents are aging as the years go on. Furthermore, I will have a life of my own as well as my sister in the times to come. Even though next year or the one after we can still go on vacations and such, will we ever go back to New Hampshire? Possible, but not likely. I want to treasure these moments whenever I have vacation with my family because they mean a lot to me ^^. Sure my dad can be a dick (for the most part) but I guess he does show his affection for not only myself (well only to me he is annoying) but our family as well.
Nonetheless I had a great trip.
