Lol mine quit when she got pregnant... and yesterday she, mom and my grandma talked how should I quit for a minute... someone said that maybe I should get pregnant too ;d and me and my mom said at the same time "like Schwarzenegger !"

When I tried to quit I noticed I don't want to smoke as much after running for at least 15-20 minutes (with 1 or 2 walking breaks). GoGoGo

lol you should look up the jay leno episode where Gillian Anderson (several years ago) where she admts she just quit smoking. She is visibly crazy/awkward because of the withdrawls. Jay leno even makes the joke that maybe she should pick up smoking again lol.
And yea, best way to break a habit is to start a new one. (a good habit though)

GL man. I'm glad I never got addicted, tried it a few times and I didn't dislike it that much, but peer pressure helped me out on this one since most of my peers are all rabidly anti-smoking, so I would've gotten verbally stomped if I ever started taking up smoking as a habbit.
God, I just started smoking since I'm not doing anything with my life at the moment, I'm under the impression that I might get addicted to it in the near future..
I'll start quitting today before I get that fucked up nicotine withdrawals.
That's the reason why I've never started smoking. Sooner or later everyone wants to quit and then it's going to be pretty hardcore. At least you will have something to feel good about if you don't relapse^^ I prefer to nurture my electronic addictions.
Good Luck Mr. Hoon! If you lived in New York, the price of cigarettes alone would be motivation enough to quit. It's like 10 dollars a pack or something ridiculous like that.
