I'm not trying to quit smoking completely but I've tried to cut down on smoking (been smoking a pack a day lately). I think staying away from activities that you associate with smoking helps. For a lot of people (including myself) it's drinking. I also tend to smoke a lot at PCbang playing dota. Every time I die = light a cig which is why I have to try hard even in pubs -_-;; Why don't you try toning it down gradually instead of quitting cold? It should be much easier, not to mention more natural (?) for your body. | ||

 My father smoked/smokes and I could never do it myself - it's expensive, dangerous to your health and;TMI: + Show Spoiler + It made his poo stink of smoke. EWH. The bathroom was a bad place to be in my house even an hour after he'd used it. I don't think going cold turkey is the right approach as you've found out - maybe cut down in smaller increments - like one less per whenever until you've phased it out. | ||
