I'm waiting for SC2 to come out and the gameplay is so different I don't want to pigeonhole myself into long hours of SC and get my mechanics fucked for SC2. I've been playing CS:S and Arma II mostly, with the occasional SC game. Anyways, I haven't missed a pro match in months, if thats any consolation. SKT1 Pusan!

The "natural born citizen" argument is just a sad moving of goalposts that were fixed over a hundred years ago. The term appears exactly once in the Constitution and any other founding documents, so anyone who claims to say it's "obvious" what it means are simply pushing an agenda. It's especially funny since if it means what Orly Taitz and friends say it does, it means any president prior to Van Buren would have been constitutionally ineligible by those exact same standards.

My post was in reference to immigrants becoming naturalized citizens. http://www.visaus.com/citizen.html You will be required to take a test of your knowledge of U.S. history and government unless you are: 1. Unable to comply due to a documented disability; 2. Are 65 years old or older and have been a permanent resident alien for more than 20 years

It's not as if foreigners are unable to be patriotic towards the US and US citizens are immune from treason. And why the fuck do you have to be over 45? What kind of asinine arbitrary distinction is that? I mean, sure you'd prefer someone with experience in the world, but isn't that up to voters to decide? It's ageism. Basically, the constitution is not a perfect document. It downright sucks/ed in a lot of places. I think travis' fundamental point is fair. The law itself is unfair to begin with.

Also, in order for an immigrant to become a Naturalized Citizen of the US, they must pass a test on the history of America and our Constitution and residing continuosly in America for 5 years. Once they pass this test they become a Naturalized Citizen. For a more indepth read about naturalization read this: http://www.visaus.com/citizen.html I honestly think anyone who claims to be a US citizen should take this test. Most of them would fail fucking miserably. Beyond miserably in fact. I remember taking a citizenship test back in history 1301 just to see what we knew as a class. I was one of like three people out of THIRTY FIVE that passed the thing. It was embarrassing and by your definition I'm "merely" a naturalized citizen because my mother is not a citizen of the United States. It just enrages me when your entire post comes off as if only a Natural Born citizen has any clue about how the United States works. I personally find the law regarding that a president has to be Natural Born and it's definition to be insanely ludicrous and irrelevant.
