Ok, first of all, what is a slump? Well, it's simply a period of decline or deterioration. So in starcraft terms, it's just a period where your game play is worse than it used to be, and the results of your games are quite catastrophic.
So how do we get out of slumps? Well, of course, and obvious advice would be to STOP playing for a while, to get your mind set straight.
BUT what if you don't want to stop playing? Now that's a bit tricky, but I do have solutions to this problem.
Ok, first you must decide, if you really want to play despite slumping, if no. Ok see you in 3 days or something. If Yes, ok continue reading.
Now then, like any other sport, in Starcraft, you have to be fit to play, fit meaning, you have to have the right amount of vitamins and minerals, diet, to play.
What exactly is the right diet?
That's easy, if you've been watching videos in youtube, you might have ran into this commercial.

Ok, enough of that, so your diet is fine now, you eat well, at the right time. But of course that's not enough. You still feel bad, since you lost a ton of games, in which you could have done better. Now, it's time to listen....
Listen to what you ask? Listen and feel your surroundings, you're one with the world, and nothing is gonna stop you from relaxing. Put something on as well, like you're favorite songs or w/e it is you may like.
Ok, now that's over with, well go to your clothing. What has clothing have to do with Starcraft? Well it helps a lot to wear something comfortable. Make yourself feel as relaxed as possible, the more comfortable you are with clothing, the more relaxed you are, this will help your mind feel at ease.
Ok, so food, environment, clothing, what's next?
Well it's simple, your body posture is next.
So today, I'll give you a very short lecture in Biology, Sit straight! The more straight your body is, the more your blood will flow, crossing legs, causes your blood to flow at your feet, which means less blood at your head. And of course, less blood means, less active it will be, you need your blood to flow in your mind for it to work properly.
Lastly, CHEMISTRY. The most important thing to do, BEFORE and AFTER a games, is.....
