New Stratovarius music video.

Foucault Sweden2826 Posts June 02 2009 17:28 GMT #1 So Stratovarius have apparently released a new album, titled Polaris. Without Timo Tolkki that is, and without bassist Kainulainen. It could easily have become a half-assed version of the already half-assed last album "Stratovarius". However I think they have gotten a fresh breath of air with their new guitarist and bassist. The song "Deep unknown" makes me think of Arje Anthony Lucassens Star One, which I liked really much. Kotipeltos voice is in top shape as well, and his range is awesome. Of course there is also Jens Johansson, one of the worlds best keyboardists doing his thing with the new guitarist. Discuss. While I'm at it. This song is awesome too, from the last album.

meathook 1289 Posts June 02 2009 21:48 GMT #7 Stratovarious is great Starcraft music. It is high-paced and powerful. I enjoyed listening to it when strength training in the past. But I don't like the new albums so much.. I think the one with the Black Diamond song was the best, iirc.
