What if he has friends in KTF that he would like to join or that he thinks that he would have better practice there?

Stork to KTF might be good for his career. He might get more attention there and it might help him get some confidence back since Jangbi has been stealing his glory lately.

Then Samsung Khan can't stop him from leaving. Which was the point of my earlier post directed at GTR's comment.

You do realize that you need more than one player to win in the proleagues, right? Khan is not a deep team.

Isn't that basically what GTR meant? It's been a while since that topic on free agency came up. But I got the impression that it was more like the equivalent of Restricted Free Agency of American sports(where original team can resign provided they pony up enough money), rather than Unrestricted Free Agency(where the player can sign with any team for however much he wants).

i reworded my comment. I mean to say " Samsung Khan can match or beat offers to persuade him to stay."
I really have no idea if it's restricted free agency or not. There really hasnt been much news on who's on the free agency list or how they plan to implement the system.

I'd really hate it if this were to happen...
I don't really like the thoughts of forgg going to ktf, I'd really like them to raise their own players.
Oh well, I guess the only reason I was fine with them buying lux was because I like lux, not really sure I'd be happy with them buying any toss. Why can't lucifer just get good >_<

Well OGN needs good zergs too for future, while having 2 good zergs doesn't give good training morale to other zergs (to get spot for proleague). But now only having yarnac and some other zergs the competition is better inside team.

Good move for KTF, rather like SKT picking up Bisu while he was slumping. They can probably get a bargain for him, too, and if this is true I wouldn't be surprised if ForGG is part of the deal. FBH is more of a gimmick than an ace player, and you can't count on Frozean for any sort of consistency. JangBi and TT can hold down the Protoss lineup while youngsters are developed, and Khan's Zerg lineup has always needed development, though great is showing promise.

Without Stork I think Khan would be pretty screwed for the coming PL rounds/individual leagues. JangBi/Stork are their only consistently good players there (though Stork sucks at PL at times). firebathero has been slumping pretty badly, FrOzean has always been mediocre, great is *OK* but he'd have a lot more pressure, and there's not many other zergs to share it (oDin? Chavi?). As for other Protoss players... TT? I don't think he's going to be helping out that much. yoOn got a three-kill vs eStro but other than that hasn't played a thing.
Even slumping Stork/JangBi are still the two stars of Khan, if they gave either one of them up their second tier players would be under a lot of pressure and I doubt the team would have a good showing at all.
If Stork does go to KTF though I think it may be the better decision for him, possibly having better practice partners in fOrGG/Luxury/Flash, and of course a bigger paycheck Keep in mind that whoever wrote that article was just speculating though, at the end of the article:
KTF is officially in the process of signing a new Protoss player, although no name is currently known, it won’t be too big of a surprise if we see the MagicNs fly south for the winter to pick up “The BirdToss”.

Well it's good to include at least a bit of info with the link provided, or else TL will become a bunch of one line posts with a title and a link inside and zero effort. That issue already happens quite a bit.
But anyways, I don't know how you decided it Stork was going to KTF based on that link. Seems like a lot of speculation on your part and not the article.

Well I can see stork being angry at Khan neglecting him in favor of Jangbi. If this is true, I can be a fan of KTF again, now that they have a decent Protoss!
