It was only the other day that I decided to go ahead with this 100% so I'm going to start pushing myself a lot harder. 4-5x a week I run 3 miles/bike 8 miles (plus other weight lifting). Are you trying to get a good/specific time or are you just doing it for fun? In any case you should train the disciplines in combination too, especially biking -> running. | ||

You still do them h3r1n6? Regardless, when you did do them, how would you train? I realize I can go and search (I've already done that) but I like to hear what other people have to say, etc. | ||

It's been some time since I did that time, august 2007. Haven't competed in one since then. At that time I would always train with a friend. I didn't really have a strict plan for training, we would just split 5-6 days a week to the 3 disciplines. | ||

I do biking and running, usually running around 4-6 miles or biking around 15 miles ish....maybe if I tried hard enough I could do a triathlon with proper training... | ||
