I think if I were faced with a similar situation (them disrespecting me and my girlfriend) I wouldn't have had that kind of self-restraint.

sometimes i wonder how often this type of situation happens, where a group of guys or a bigger guy picks on smaller guys. i've never seen it, but i've heard about it, and myself i've fallen victim to it being only average size myself.

I mean try to relate to them, you have probably been in a situation where you have seen a couple in public all over each other and have been grossed out, who hasn't. Multiply that grossness factor big time because they are kids. If they are looking to be assholes, you guys would be prime targets (unless you are like 6'6 and huge). So perhaps try to avoid doing that type of thing in a place where that might happen, I mean it's really not that hard. Obviously some places are better than others to do that (parks, etc). I can see some people responding to this by saying "oh that's bullshit, you should be able to do that anywhere you want", but if somebody wants to do that stuff anywhere, they should be prepared with the possible consequences. Again, good job in handling the situation.

A few emo kids with girls and boys in the group sat in the back row and started throwing chick bones at us. I stood up and had a few words with them. None of them owned up to the act but they stopped for the duration of the movie. If they weren't so young, i would've called security right there but yeah it depends on the situation. If i was in a mall or similiar surroundings i would have got up and walked away with gf. Not worth it to get into a fight and ruin the day for you. You don't need to defend yourself against every single retards that walked your way. I would have smashed them if they had done anything to my gf but they were just being pests. That's what teenagers do :/ I myself used to do stupid shits with friends.
